Adam Lee
Adam has always had an interest in drama and acting. From an early age he appeared in school productions and he took a leading role in the University of Birmingham’s production of ‘Voyage Round my Father’, by John Mortimer.
Lack of time then curtailed any further opportunities he had to take to the stage due to his work as a G.P. However in 1995 he found time to appear as Dennis Cain in Willy Russell’s ‘One for the Road’, and went on to be seen as the producer in The Haunted Through Lounge and ‘Recessed Dining Nook at Farndale Castle’, Remick in ‘Suddenly at Home’ and as Henry Lodge in ‘Move over Mrs Markham’.
Since then Adam has popped up in numerous WTC plays and the list below highlights these. Adam appeared in our exciting farse ‘Shut Your Eyes and Think of England’ (2004).
In 2006 Adam gave a memorable performance for WTC as Peter in Blue Remembered Hills as well as being a pantomime dame for another company!
In 2007 Adam portrayed Geoffrey in the production of ‘The Dresser’ and Patrick Simmons in our fantastic production of ‘A Murder is Announced’ (November 2007).
Adam’s most recent performances have included: 2nd Lieutenant Hibbert in ‘Journey’s End’ (2008), John Smith in ‘Run for Your Wife’ (2008) and Adam Stratton in ‘Time of My Life’ (2009). In 2010 Adam played a seven year old in ‘Flint Street Nativity’ and showed the true versitility of his acting talent.
