Ed Parrott
Ed Parrott joined the society in 2004. His first part was Mr Rubenstein in ‘Shut Yours Eyes and Think of England’.
Ed gave a wonderful performance of Eddie Kurnitz in Lost in Yonkers which was performed at the Kingsley Theatre April 2005.
Ed gave a haunting performance as Donald in ‘Blue Remembered Hills’ (2006). A part that required him putting a great deal of mud on his face! He seems to be hoping that future roles will not need him to shower immediately after every performance!
Also in 2006 Ed took the title part in ‘Lord Arthur Savile’s Crime’. He showed himself as a adaptive actor in this period comedy.
Ed’s most recent roles include that of Oxenby in ‘The Dresser’ (2007), Lieutenant Osborne in ‘Journey’s End’ (2008), the romantic Aggi in ‘Time of Your Life’ (2009) and David Horton in ‘The Vicar of Dibley’ (2015).
