Rachel Chew

Rachel joined the company for the magnificent Steel Magnolias. She had always been interested in drama and took part in school productions such as Daisy Pulls it Off, Mad March Masque and Hobson’s Choice. Having left school with her A’levels she went into a Theatre Studies course and was planning to take up a place at University studying Drama and Theatre Arts.

Rachel had also taken up stage management for a touring company called Stan’s Cafe as well as singing and playing the piano – everyone wondered what Rachel did in her spare time!! Steel Magnolias offered Rachel to increase her talents even further – not just the acting but the hairdressing as well!
