“I have always enjoyed plays, dramas and musical theatre and hoped that one day I would be able to be involved in a group and maybe try my hand at acting.

I first watched Wythall Company in action in 2099 in their production of ‘Steel Magnolias’… which was superb.

I joined the Company shortly after as they prepared for ‘Flint Street Nativity’.

I thoroughly enjoyed helping gather properties in reherasals and then setting the stage at the Palace Theatre for the show… I was hooked!

The Company are really friendly and welcoming and they didn’t mind at all that I had no experience but encouraged me to be a real part of the action.

I subsequently read for a couple of parts before I was fortunate enough to be cast as Miriam in ‘Strictly Murder’ (2011).”
