Mary Mellor
Mary is a very experienced actress and has also directed plays at Wythall. She has appeared in numerlous roles for WTC including Constance in ‘Habeas Corpus’, Joan Todd in ’84, Charing Cross Road’, Pauline Caine in ‘One for the Road’ and Thelma in the ‘Haunted Through Lounge and Recessed Dining Nook at Farnedale Castle’.
Her directing credits include Alan Ayckbourn’s Season’s Greeings in 1991. Mary also played the part of Phyllis in the 2015 production of ‘Season’s Greetings’.
Mary’s fine performance as Angela in ‘Abigail’s Party’ was one of the highlights of that production. As a child Mary loved dancig, and set her mind on becoming a ballerina, the trouble was that she was afraid of heights!
