Our Next Productions!

We are delighted to announce that our next production will be ‘Dig for Vengeance’ by Patricia Gay.  We are so pleased with the murder mystery evening that we are performing it at two venues.  On Saturday 21st we will be performing at Park Hall, Wythall and on Saturday 18th of November at the Feckenham Village Hall.

These evenings are more than just a play.  They are a chance for you, our wonderful audience, to participate.  This is a chance for you to test out your own sleuthing skills.  Our skillful actors will provide the clues but it is up to you to solve the mystery!

Join our fabulous group!

Have fun helping to put on great shows as well as experiencing a wonderful way to socialise.

You can contribute in so many ways.  Building sets, set paining, acting, directing, properties, costumes, stage lighting, sound effects and so much more.  Then of course there are social events, fund raising, ticket and programme sales.

Our company has members of a variety of ages and from many professions who all share a love of theatre and all it involves!

We currently perform to great shows each year, usually at The Palace Theatre in Redditch and Studley Village Hall (although we perform other productions locally too!)

Sue George (Shirley Weston), Ed Parrott (Don Weston) with Denise Weston (Zoe) and Alison Trombley (Chloe).

Hilarity in the mix at the hall

John Godber’s bittersweet comedy Gym and Tonic takes to the stage at Studley village hall this week from Wednesday, May 24 to Saturday, May 27.

Performed by the excellent Wythall Theatre Company and set in Scardale Hall Health and Hydro, Don and Shirley Weston have come to relax, pamper themselves, and just possible rescue and resuscitate their ailing marriage.

But as the days pass so the rifts appear to widen as Don’s mid-life crisis and his hilarious incompetence in step aerobics disco-cise and squash leave his wife wishing for their glory days of old.
